This is the first clue: http://www.usfirst.org/uploadedimages/clue1.jpg

It's is a Lampris regius.

Give any guesses as to what you think the game could be.

Me and Trami's guesses for the game was that it has something to do with light and whatever (researched on the piranha abit.)

My boyfriend Eric (love you! =D ) said might have something to do with zig-zag motion/moving, but that's his wild out of the box guess. :O

Heres some more information:

Opah or moonfish is one of the most colorful of the commercial fish species available in Hawaii. A silvery-grey upper body color shades to a rose red dotted with white spots toward the belly. Its fins are crimson, and its large eyes are encircled with gold. The moonfish's large, round profile may be the origin of its name. Moonfish landed in Hawaii range from 60 to over 200 pounds in round weight.

The opah's large-grain flesh is rich and fatty, with a versatility of use that is attractive to restaurants. Opah is used for sashimi, for broiling, and occasionally for smoking.

Wild Ocean Seafoods Opah is sourced primarily from Hawiian waters & Fiji.

The Opah resembles an enormous butterfish, but the butterfish have no ventral fins. The Opah can be distinguished from the similar appearing mackerels and pompanos by the number of pectoral rays (Opah have 14 to 17; mackerels and pompanos have no more than 8 ).

The Opah are collected as an incidental catch by longliners and purse seiners and sold commercially on a limited basis, since they are an excellent food. In Mexico the Opah is found only along the Pacific side of the Baja California peninsula north of Magdalena Bay between 300 and 1,200 feet deep in the water column. It reaches up to 6 feet in length and 700 pounds. It feeds on midwater fish and invertebrates, primarily squid.

The Opah is the sole member of the Lampridae Family and is a very colorful pelagic solitary wandering the fish that travels the globe with tuna and billfish. It has a dark steely blue body that is less than twice as long as wide, with green, silver and purple iridescent tones. The body is covered with silver spots in irregular rows. The fins are red in color, but each is trimmed in off-white.

The Opah have a single dorsal fin, long pointed pectoral and pelvic fins, and a broadly concave caudal fin. The anal fin is shorter than the dorsal fin and about equal in height to the rear portion of the dorsal fin, and both extend to the tail base. There is a gold band around the eyes. The Opah have small toothless pointed mouths and minute scales. The lateral line is strongly arched upward above the pectoral fins and then downward at the rear.

Game hint #2, found on the blogspot of The FRC director. [Bold text]

Good Morning Teams,

Take your machine out of the shop on Colorado in Paramount;
stop by and get connected on Central in Phoenix;
drive by and make a pickup on Minnetonka in Minnetonka;
then head to the field on Evergreen in Dover.

23 Days until Kickoff
See you then

Found on: http://frcdirector.blogspot.com/,

which I found by searching the FIRST site. Here's proof of how I found it. (It's known as Bill's Blogspot.) USFIRST.ORG Site

FIRST Clue Post
From Minh, Trami, and I; I have formulated a possible thought on what the game might be this year, though all of you will probably say "No, this c|-@|0 isn't right!"

Well, just as a warning, it's just coming from what I'm thinking. Sure you can backfire at me for it being too "complicated", but if you look at the trends of robotics clues like Minh and Trami suggest, they're usually things that we don't have to look or research on so hard for! D8

Click if you would like to criticize my thought on what the game might be/Agree or not or whatever. Very "confusing", but if you think of it being like dodgeball, you might get an idea of what I mean. Embarassed

The thoughts that led me to this:

-From Minh:
-Look at past robotics clues, they all were clues to something so simple, not too complicated (though my image "looks" complicated to many. Rolling Eyes That's why it's MY thought.)
-Think of what happened last year: Robo-coach/that tube thingy Squeek was holding to control el roboto = might implement more new and old stuffs this year!
From Trami:
-The second clue, found alittle early, yay! =D
-Fish = fishing = get points by "fishing", since every year it's a game that involves points, I think.
-Mapping out where each of those places are, and noticing that the Atlantic Ocean (or an ocean an general) divides 3 places (Paramount Colorado, Minnetonka Minnetonka, and Central Pheonix) away from Evergreen Dover. Combine that with the fishing for points idea and voila!
From Me:
-Combine all together and like Minh said, "think stupidly" on this. And well, I got a stupid idea, according to most... scratch
