Eh... guys, I need help. D":

Though I'm not apart of the team anymore (due to my quest and schedule), I still do stuff for you guys... just not important crap. (On a scale of 0 to 10, it's a 4.)
But this is el importanto. I've recently (well, 2 months ago) gotten a bunch of CDs from Carpinone and was planning to put them online until I noticed that the file size was too large, meaning if I did post them up; the image would look horrible in size AND quality.
So, I ask of you, The smarter ones than me, do any of you guys know where I can find a program that resizes the file size only (not the image size!) and keeps good quality? Or help me, when you can?
